Optimum Best Bodybuilding Nutrition
Learn How To Maximize Bodybuilding With Good Nutrition
If you have been looking for an unbiased optimum 100 whey protein review, you have most certainly come to the right place. Firstly, with this article I aim to show you exactly how whey protein in general can benefit your workouts. More importantly, I will be looking at the optimum 100 product in particular and finding out whether it lives up to its claims.
So what exactly is whey? Well, when milk is left to curdle (often in the process of making cheese), whey is a by-product that is collected. So why is whey protein used so frequently in bodybuilding? Simple – when introduced in the body, whey protein is the fastest absorbing of all proteins. This means that it is the ideal supplement for your body pre and post workout when your muscles need to be fed.
Whey protein also promotes fast recovery after workouts so you rarely feel that next-day ache. But of course, the most important aspect of whey protein is its ability to boost your muscle gains. Now, I’m not saying that you couldn’t boost gains from eating steak and eggs, but that would be very expensive. Pound for pound, whey protein offers you much better value and much faster absorption. If nothing else, it’s just a whole lot easier to carry around with you in a bottle.
So let’s move on to the optimum 100 whey protein review. Now, I tried this product over the course of a few months to see for sure whether the gains it promised would materialise. I stuck to my regular routine of working on every muscle category to find whether this whey was better for sculpting certain areas. So how did it fare?
Firstly, I actually enjoyed drinking this stuff over regular milkshakes. Even when I was mixing with water for faster release the French Vanilla was delicious. So what about the gains? Well, surprisingly the gains were pretty noticeable from week to week. As a guy who’s relatively built already, I would have been happy if the optimum 100 just allowed me to maintain my muscle mass, but it excelled beyond anything I imagined.
Firstly, I noticed that my flex had become more defined with particular emphasis on the triceps and back regions. Secondly, I actually managed to beat my personal record for squats and deadlift! Now after this, I knew I was onto something special. In fact, the optimum 100 whey protein review I’d set out to complete became a more permanent routine! This was also really helped by the great deal I was getting on the 10lb tubs – it was an absolute bargain compared to other shakes.
So to conclude this optimum 100 whey protein review, I’m going to have to let you see the results for yourself. There really is no other way, but all I’ll say is – I’ll be using this whey protein for a very long time.
This optimum 100 whey protein review has discussed the many advantages that come with taking this supplement. To get your hands on this amazing supplement simply click here for the best offers.
Sports Nutrition Supplements by Optimum EFX
Many athletes and sports fitness enthusiasts are searching for sports nutrition supplements that will increase their performance. With so many different companies competing for these peoples hard earned money it is important to know how to separate the best from the worst.
In my opinion there is one company out there that is in line with the top companies around. If you’re looking for the Mercedes Benz of supplements look for Optimum EFX sports nutrition supplements.
This line of sports nutrition supplements was designed by world renowned performance enhancement coach Ian Danney. Ian is a former Olympic athlete who consults and trains some of the top athletes in the world at their respective sports. His clientele includes Ryan Clark (Pittsburgh Steelers), Robert Royal (Cleveland Browns) and Jeff Charleston (New Orleans Saints) to name a few.
His clients have the means to train at any facility and take any line of supplements they want!
The very special thing about these supplements is that they are all part of a master plan that Ian has put together to get his athletes in the best shape possible. As part of a total conditioning program that includes specialized diets, sprint training, mobility exercises, physical therapy and strength training his program is second to none.
One of the very interesting and exciting parts of his program is when his clients fly in to Scottsdale, AZ. for a six week super boot camp training program. This happens in mid-June through late July and prepares his clients to compete and dominate the competition for NFL training camp. During this time his clients fully utilize these supplements available at their disposal.
All the athletes’ meals are prepared and delivered to them in the exact macronutrient quantity that is designed for their individual diet. From there the athletes receive pre-made sports nutrition supplement formulas before and after their workouts. This eliminates any cheating on their diet and any unnecessary thought process as far as preparation for their foods. This allows the athlete to focus on one thing and one thing only. That thought is training as hard as they can to be in the best shape possible.
It is really quite amazing to see how much these elite athletes physiques change in this six week period with the combination of diet, supplements and training.
Whether it is a post-workout shake or an in between meal shake or a portion of powder mixed with water to provide extra nutrition there is always one of these products being used. These athletes are constantly improving their body’s performance with these products.
With Ian’s experience and knowledge of supplements as they benefit the body and training regimen of his athletes, Ian recognized a need for products that were unavailable but necessary to complete his program. From that need he developed his own line of products that are unique to the sports fitness nutrition industry.
His company is officially called Optimum EFX Formulations. As his supplement line grows and expands, Ian continues to be on the forefront of the supplement industry with his progressive and advanced formulations.
One of the cornerstone products of this line is GREEN FUEL. Green Fuel has the equivalent of 10 servings of vegetables in one small scoop. It also greatly increases alkalinity to protect the body from developing an acidic environment. With so many people trying to get their servings of vegetables in daily this product solves that problem for less than .00 per serving.
Another great product is Red 54. Red 54 is a concentrated anti-oxidant/high alkalinity powder that provides the equivalent of 10 servings of fruits. This product is for your fruits what GREEN FUEL is for your vegetables.
Most of Ian’s athletes take at least one serving a day as an overall body production.
These nutritional supplements are available to the public through very select distributors. If you are interested in maximizing your sports nutrition plan with supplement try these for a month straight along with a structured diet and training program.

Combine Natural Protein Sources with Supplements for Optimum Results
For bodybuilders, protein supplements have a very high value. If you are one among these people then you must have already tried so many protein-rich dietary plans to have this physique! Natural protein sources like various types of nuts and vegetables, fruits and seeds have always had a distinct place in the chart of protein-rich diets. But to gain that perfect result in an instantaneous way, the use of supplementary products also becomes a must. While many supports natural way of body building with natural protein intakes, for professionals, the use of supplements also fall under a normal activity. Natural protein sources like legumes, beetroot, baked beans, tofu, soyabeans, kidney beans, peas, chicken-breasts, egg-whites etc. can give you proteins but the thing is that all of these are not rich in all the forms of protein complexes that are essential for muscle mass or for muscle size. Only the supplements are rich in all the ingredients including aminos and they are easily digestible. Only two too three spoonful of powders are just sufficient for you in a day. You need to have these after you hit the gym or after having a weight train or cardio session. Pre-workout supplements are also available now.
Most of us don’t take healthy organic diets these days – either we don’t have that much time to prepare them or we just don’t feel like having them. Fast foods which we often do relish are loaded with calories and don’t provide the necessary protein requirement. Red meats are full of protein, but because of wrong preparation methods the protein advantage is overshadowed by the fats. So, the need for a protein supplement becomes a necessity for one and all out there.
By combining natural proteins with any of those available discount protein supplements you can easily make sure that you are having the best for retaining healthy life and for developing stronger muscles. Cereals and grains such as buckwheat, rye, corn, rice, pasta, are now recommended to be the best options which you can combine with your regular supplement shake for that optimum and satisfactory result.

Q&A: What flavor of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (Natural) goes best with a milk-banana shake?
Question by Jake J: What flavor of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (Natural) goes best with a milk-banana shake?
I’ve been blending together a banana with a cup of skim milk for the past month, and thought it would be a good idea to add a scoop of whey protein for a good workout-shake.
What flavor of Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey would go best with bananas and milk? Thanks!
Answer by slimjimcuWell I would go with vanilla, because that just makes the most sense. You’ll taste the banana more. I’m sure chocolate (or any other flavor)would be fine, though. I have some of the double rich chocolate and I blended it with water and 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries and it was delicious. Whatever flavor you get, I recommend freezing your fruit to make it like a frozen smoothie. In the case of bananas, you would have to peel them before you freeze them.

Burn Fat with Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
Ask any person about weight or weight loss and the answers will produce a variety of myths that will entertain most, but perplex people at the very least. Diet myths and fat busters are part of any culture. But the blinding truth seems to elude people of the proper science and logic behind a successful weight loss or even a bodybuilding program. Optimum Nutrition whey protein is one such product of science derived from nature that seems to defy logic about achieving weight loss and building muscle. But if a science and logic behind weight loss does exist, then why is weight loss difficult to achieve?
The answer would depend on a lot of factors, but be enlightened to know that any fitness and bodybuilding program must be designed specifically for an individual. This means that a general assessment of the person’s overall health, past and present injuries, allergies, and present physical condition must be taken into consideration before specifying a fitness program suitable to reach the desired goal. This alone would be a perfect start for what would be a successful weight loss or bodybuilding program.
After the general assessment, a dietician should be consulted to give advice about the right kind of food intake. One is mistaken if he thinks that Optimum Nutrition whey protein is only reserved for bodybuilders; half true. Optimum Nutrition whey protein is recommended for both bodybuilding and weight loss functions.
Protein is a source of amino acids that make up the entirety of the human body. These amino acids are used to build muscle, organs, tissues etc. A body builder will need an increased protein intake daily to complement the need to build strong muscles. So how would a weight loss program benefit from whey protein?
The body burns calories from carbohydrates for fuel. People under a weight loss program will usually resort to cutting caloric intake to speed up the weight loss process. But as calories are decreased, the body will turn to other sources to extract much needed fuel to use as energy. Sadly, the body will burn calories from muscles first, carbohydrates second, and lastly, fat. This will give a lanky figure bereft of muscle mass with fat on all the wrong places. Taking Optimum Nutrition whey protein will give the body the right amount of substantial protein and, if combined with a proper diet and exercise, will enhance weight loss. The amino acids in whey protein will also help stabilize blood sugar levels that are the cause of unnecessary cravings that may be harmful for the cause.
Optimum Nutrition whey protein is derived from the byproduct of milk, making it safe and easily digestible. A diet program well suited for the individual that contains a regular dose of whey protein will not only benefit bodybuilding but is also advisable for weight loss programs. It’s wonderful to know that such a product can do good things for the body and benefit both sides of the equation as well.
